Ron leads New Path Ministries with a passion for seeing men awakened to their God-given calling. As a speaker, podcast host, and men’s coach, he empowers men to lead with integrity, courage, and spiritual authority. His heart is to build a movement of men who walk with God, lead their families, and leave a legacy that lasts generations.
New Path Ministry began when Ron Cool realized too many men were walking through life without direction, spiritual strength, or a community that challenged them to grow. After experiencing his own transformation and witnessing the impact of intentional leadership in his life, Ron felt God calling him to create a path for other men to follow.
What started as a small group of men hungry for change has grown into a ministry that empowers men to live boldly, love deeply, and lead with purpose. Ron now dedicates his life to calling men higher—helping them step out of survival mode and into the abundant life God designed for them.
